Planning a new subdivision or development project in Kimberley? The Subdivision and Development Servicing Bylaw, Bylaw 2020, sets out the minimum standards and specifications that apply to all new subdivision and development projects in Kimberley.

Bylaw 2020 prescribes requirements for:

• Roads, sidewalks, and curbs;
• Water system;
• Waste water system;
• Drainage system;
• Street lighting and other infrastructure.
